All Mystical Moonlit Paths products are handcrafted and prepared with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.

Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available shipping providers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout or applied according to current flat-rate shipping policies.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Mystical Moonlit Paths is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Mystical Moonlit Paths is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or marked as delivered by the carrier. Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs of:

• The damaged item(s)

• The shipping box and packaging materials

• The shipping label

We will review each situation individually and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Weather Considerations

Many of our handcrafted products may be sensitive to heat, cold, or other environmental conditions during transit. Mystical Moonlit Paths is not responsible for product changes caused by extreme temperatures after shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
